The purpose of the system is to inspect or monitor hazards such as heavy metals, shellfish poison, food poison, or antibiotics under the permitted standards designated by under the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries and the Food Sanitation act to improve the quality of fishery products and secure safety in consumption

③ Food poisoning bacteria(Vibrio parahaemolyticus), shellfish toxin (paralytic shellfish poisoning), puffer fish poison, malachite green, etc.
