② Registered as export establishments in accordance with foreign country agreements(corresponding countries to export)and being taken an administrative measures
③ met the Facilities Sanitation Management Standard and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (approved establishments only)
④ Registered as the deep-sea fishing under Item 2, Clause 1, Article 41 of the Fisheries Act
