해외여행자·축산관계자 준수사항

"여러분의 신고가 구제역, 럼피스킨병, 고병원성조류인플루엔자, 아프리카돼지열병의 국내 유입을 막아줍니다!"

해외여행자 공항만 입국 신고 및 소독 안내 (☎ 1588-9060)

구제역, 럼피스킨병, 고병원성조류인플루엔자, 아프리카돼지열병 발생국가(아래 국가목록 참조)를 체류·경유하여 입국하는 해외여행자가 해당 국가의 축산농가 또는 축산시장을 방문한 경우에는 공항 또는 항만에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에서 "입국자 동물검역 신고서"를 작성하고, 검역관의 소독, 검사 등 조치에 따라주시기 바랍니다.
이를 위반할 경우 가축전염병예방법에 따라 최고 500만원의 과태료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

축산관계자 공항만 출입국 신고 및 소독 안내 (☎ 1670-2870)

가축의 소유자 등 축산관계자가 가축전염병 발생(구제역․럼피스킨병․고병원성조류인플루엔자‧아프리카돼지열병) 국가를 여행하는 경우에는 반드시 농림축산검역본부에 출국 및 입국 신고를 하여야 합니다. 신고를 하지 않거나 거짓으로 신고한 경우, 가축전염병예방법에 따라 다음과 같은 과태료가 부과될 수 있습니다.
* 출국 신고 위반 : (1회) 경고 (2회) 10만원 (3회) 50만원
* 입국 신고 위반 : (1회) 30만원 (2회) 2백만원 (3회) 5백만원

출국 신고는 항공기 이륙 또는 선박 출항 전까지 검역본부 출국신고시스템에 접속(인터넷: eminwon.qia.go.kr, 모바일: eminwon.qia.go.kr/m)하여 신고서를 작성·제출하거나 공항만 검역본부에 전화(ARS 1670-2870), 방문 또는 출국장 내 출국신고함을 이용하실 수 있습니다.
입국 신고는 도착하는 공항만 주재 검역본부에 방문하여 입국 신고를 하고 방역 관련 소독·교육 등의 조치를 받으면 됩니다.

◈ 축산관계자의 범위 (가축전염병예방법 시행규칙 제7조의4)
가축의 소유자등과 그 동거가족 소, 산양, 면양, 돼지, 닭, 사슴, 오리, 거위, 칠면조, 메추리를 사육하는 자	사료를 판매하는 자 사료제조업을 등록한 소유자 및 판매업자와 고용된 자
가축의 소유자등에게 고용된 사람과 그 동거가족 고용계약 체결 유·무와 상관없이 가축의 소유자등에게 사실상 노무를 제공하는 자	가축방역사 가축방역사로 위촉을 받은 자
수의사 수의사 면허를 받은 사람으로서 동물병원 개설자 및 그에 고용된 자, 수의․축산 관련 업무 수행 공무원, 공중방역수의사, 수의․축산․동물자원학 전공 교수․부교수․조교수․강사․대학원생, 축산관련단체 종사자, 동물원․국립생태원 등에 고용된 사람	가축분뇨를 수집․운반하는 자
	가축시장의 종사자 축산업협동조합이 개설·관리하는 가축시장의 종사자
가축인공수정사 가축인공수정소 개설자와 그에 고용된 사람	원유를 수집․운반하는 자
동물약품을 판매하는 자 동물약국, 동물용의약품제조업자, 동물용의약품 수입판매업자, 동물용의약품도매상 소유자와 고용된 자	도축장의 종사자
※ 동거가족 : 주민등록표에 등록된 자(사실상 거소를 함께 하는 가족 포함)

◈ 해외여행자 및 축산관계자 유의사항

구제역․럼피스킨병․조류인플루엔자‧아프리카돼지열병 발생국가를 여행한 경우에는 축산농가, 가축시장 등 방문을 금지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
귀국한 후에는 5일간 가축 사육시설 출입을 삼가하여 주시기 바랍니다.
해외여행 중에 입었던 옷 등은 바로 세탁하여 주시고, 샤워 등 개인위생 관리에도 철저를 기하여 주시기 바랍니다.
여행지에서 판매하는 육류, 햄, 소시지 등 축산물을 가져오지 마시고, 부득이 가져온 경우에는 도착 공항 및 항구에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 축산관계자가 입국시 검역관의 질문에 대하여 거짓으로 답변하거나 검역관의 검사·소독 등의 조치를 거부·방해 또는 기피하는 경우 법 제57조제1호의2에 따라 1년 이하의 징역이나 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처해집니다.

Notice for the Overseas Travellers & Livestock-Related Persons

"Your quarantine declaration prevents the introduction of Foot and Mouth Disease(FMD), Lumpy Skin Disease(LSD), Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza(HPAI) and African Swine Fever(ASF) into the Republic of Korea."

If you have visited livestock farms or livestock markets in the countries listed below, please report to the quarantine officer of Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency(hereinafter referred to as "APQA") and follow the necessary measures such as Disinfection and Inspection.
Please make sure that Overseas Traveller who fails to comply with the above mentioned information may be fined up to 5 million won in accordance with "Contagious Animal Diseases Prevention Act".

Starting from June 3, 2017, you, livestock-related persons, should declare your departure and arrival to APQA when you travel in countries which have contagious animal diseases such as Foot and mouth disease, Lumpy skin disease, Highly pathogenic avian influenza and African swine fever. If you do not report or report false, the following penalties will be levied in accordance with "Contagious Animal Diseases Prevention Act".
* Departure notification violation : (1st) warning (2nd) 100,000 won (3rd) 500,000 won
* Arrival notification violation : (1st) 300,000 won (2nd) 2,000,000 won (3rd) 5,000,000 won

You can use the APQA departure notification system (Internet : eminwon.qia.go.kr / mobile : eminwon.qia.go.kr/m) to fill out and submit the notification form until the departure of aircraft or ship. Or you can call APQA(ARS 1670-2870), visit, or use the notification box in the departure shall to report your departure.
When you enter the country, you should visit the APQA office at the airport/seaport to report your entry and receive disinfection, education, and other measures related to disease prevention.

◈ Notice for the Overseas Travelers and Livestock-Related Persons

During trips to the countries listed below, please refrain from visiting livestock farms and livestock markets.
Please refrain from entering any livestock farms for at least 5 days after arrival.
Please wash the clothes that you have worn immediately and pay close attention to your personal hygiene(e.g. taking shower) after arrival.
Please don't bring any livestock products(e.g. meat, sausage, ham) from the countries you have visited. If you brought them unintentionally, you should declare to the Quarantine Office of APQA at the arrival terminal at the airport/seaport.
