VMBD held a seminar on "Antibiotic-resistance and epidemiology of enterobacterial contamination before and after-slaugther stage" on 14th, October, 2008. Dr. Scott A. McEwen DVM and a specialist of risk assessment analysis of contamination and antibiotic resistance from university of Guelph was invitied as a speaker.
In this seminar, he offered a very useful information on risk assessment and risk management for the containing of
antimicrobial resistance.
